In our comfortable safari boats we offer you the best opportunity to experience the beautiful west Norwegian fjords and its rich wildlife at close range.

Wildlife like seals, porpoises and eagles are frequently encountered. We also stop to marvel at the old mountainfarms and the cascading waterfalls.

Absolutely fantastic! Booked prior to going and I would advise you to do the same as most slots were fully booked on the day. Brilliant staff, all friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. You have to wear all the safety gear which is top notch and in excellent condition. Our guide / driver was fantastic, I'm sorry but I can't remember her name. We went on the extended trip of 2 1/4 hours and it's probably the best money I've ever spent. The scenery is stunning. We booked this rather than the railway and I'm so glad we did. Awesome experience and our thanks to all the staff.
The FjordSafari was the highlight of our short trip to Flåm. Hands down five star! From the tour itself to the service, we had such a pleasant experience. It started with the girl helped us checked in and got us ready for the tour. She was so nice and friendly that she even calmed the little one down to get him wear the protective suit and life jacket without fuss. Our boat captain/guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. With years experience he brought us to an unforgettable journey. Kids loved the “roller coaster ride“ feel when the speedboat went up and down on water. Highly recommend this experience in Flam.
Absolutely loved it! Our tour guide Lucas was really knowledgeable, approachable and friendly, and we got some stunning views of the fjords. The speed of the boat was just right too, and it was a comfortable ride. Would definitely do it again.
Two amazing experiences today. First was a 3 mile 10km hike to a beautiful waterfall. The guides, Paulina and Rose, were incredible, well versed in the history and so helpful and friendly. Overall, not a strenuous hike. Approximately a 525ft 160m elevation gain. The second experience was the speed boat ride through the Fjords with an amazing guide explaining the rich history. The views were spectacular, and they provide all the proper gear to protect against the cold and water. My only complaint is the speed boat of choice did not have normal seats, you have to straddle the seat sort of like riding a bull and it is not the most comfortable over a long period of time.
I cannot rant and rave enough about how spectacular this company is. I love the variety of options and every employee delivers outstanding customer service. This company is perfection. I have to say we travel a bit and Rose is my favorite tour guide, hands down! She is wonderful, patient, gave out great information and went above and beyond in every way. Fjord Safari makes you want to come back for more! Skål!
This tour was marvellous! The views were stunning and the history behind the fjords was well told. The tour was relaxing, informative, and breezy! Great way to get hiking inspiration for your next trip to Norway
I recommend this as the top activity in Flam. I was awestruck once we got to the UNESCO listed Nærøyfjord. I can see why it’s listed, we were fortunate enough to approach the waterfall all the way and receive a bit of the spray. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and quite funny. I felt so safe in the speed boat, it was a good combination of getting around quickly with only a couple fun turns and jumps over waves.
Absolutely fantastic experience. My husband and I just stumbled across this while we were exploring Flåm. So glad we did. Our tour guide Robbie was exceptional. Such a fun way to see the Fjords.
Fantastic experience! Really well organised, safe and very friendly setup & people. Boats look pretty new and well looked after, and a brilliant 90 minutes. We just walked up and booked, about a third of the cruise ship price! Highly recommended.
Speed boat in March, cold , wet, and fantastic. They dress you up nice and warm and it so much fun. Definitely worth braving the weather for. The cheese tasting in Undredal is gorgeous and Eric? I hope that's right, was very informative and interesting. Fantastic sights and super fun.
