The meeting place was tricky to find b/c it's literally a spot beneath a tree! The landmark is the huge ferry station - it's just out front of there. Our guide was enthusiast, fun, and knowledgeable. He was a Brit living in Norway with his wife, so his take on the culture and environs, as a relative newcomer, was really refreshing. We loved the ride through the streets, where traffic is hardly and issue. The views from the royal palace Plaza were beautiful, as was the park with all the sculptures. All in all, this is a great way to spend a few hours in Oslo! We came off a Viking cruise, and it was an easy walk from the dock to the meeting place.
Amazing experience! It was my first time in Norway and in Oslo - our tour was a perfect way to get around the city in a fast manner, getting some gentle exercise and seeing important landmarks. Oslo was easy to bike around in, as the cars seem to have a dedicated underground highway and one doesn’t see many cars on the roads. We enjoyed the seeing the fortress which houses the government offices, the Vigeland sculpture park, the royal palace, the main avenues and many other sights. Our guide was great!
The fjord hopping toy was fantastic. One of the best times we've had in Oslo. The guides Larisa and Humek were amazing and very knowledgeable. They made the trip special. Each island was unique and fun to visit. The ferries were great. Highly recommend this trip.
This was a great way to spend tine in Oslo, enjoy the harbour and Island life. The guides were just great and even with group not 27, they did a great job. Was really good value given cost of a beer to the Aussie dollar is shocking. Highly recommend as it also gives you a taste of the Oslo ferry system and their electric boats. Well done to Bo and Mikela my tour guides. Takk!
We had a wonderful time doing a bike tour of Oslo with Josie, who made the experience so much fun while at the same time very informative. Only downside that had nothing to do with either Viking Biking or Josie was that some of the others on the tour did not understand the concept of riding single file.
Absolutely fabulous experience, worth every penny. Saw the city like a true native and got great local recommendations. Lars was a blast - very informative and personable!
Shaf and Bekah provided an informative, fun, and engaging island hopping tour. Was also a great introduction to navigating the ferry system and public transit system as a whole. An excellent first thing to do when arriving in Oslo. Thank you, shaf and bekah!
Wonderful way to be introduced to Oslo. I wish we went our first day rather than our last. Our guide was friendly and shared interesting information about the history and culture of Oslo.
Clarise led us on an EXCELLENT journey through Oslo. Josh and Mike were equally helpful and friendly. This IS the way to see Oslo...could have gone longer than we did!!!!!!
A great experience! We saw several of the hotspots around Oslo which would not have been possible in one day if on foot. And Tina was fantastic - enthusiastic and shared lots of interesting information. Bikes were well kept also. Would recommend if you have limited time in Oslo but want to see as much as possible
