Was in last month. The 2 at the checkout were working and stood in the meadan's remaining staff sat having coffee and talking, didn't even look in the direction of the customers, we stood confusingly and looked at them for 10 minutes hoping they would help, the store was also full so wanted to don't take them from the till and go along to look for pipes when there were like 10 people waiting to pay...nnWell, we went out anyway.
