Great place for yarn

Got 1 kilo of Leicester wool for Christmas. For 359 bucks you can expect very good quality, especially if the farmer gets maybe 10 bucks per kilo of unsorted wool.nnVery poorly washed, bits of poo and other things left, also a lot of lanolin left. The curls are hard and have matted together. You can't comb or card through. Smells a lot of some kind of detergent.nnVery uneven in length, many short unusable pieces that should have been sorted out. I suspect that this fur is second-rate and comes from the belly, sides and butt.nnI have worked with many different types of wool from local farmers which I wash, comb or card and spin myself but have never experienced such poor quality. I would use it as stuffing for stuffed animals but nothing else. Very disappointed.
