Disastrous experience in this place, summarizing... they did not let me test motorcycles that they have test KTM claiming that the insurance does not cover people who are not from Sweden. I am Spanish and in my country this is called xenophobia. I will inform KTM Austria.

I was willing to pay a lot more than the motorcycle was worth to get a better experience, but it definitely wasn't. I'll never buy from a company againnnThe battery was dead when I got it, so I had to wait three weeks for a new onennWhen I asked if there was anything wrong, I was told no. But as soon as I paid, the problems appeared, for example, that it was stalling a lotnnThey said it was a new filter and oil, but it started to cut itself the first week partly my fault for not double-checking the oil level and trusting blindly.nnThe majority of the screws were threaded, which made fixing it extremely much more difficult. Fault of the previous owner or the company that probably goes through the bike before selling and throws away +10k market value?nnThe positive thing was that I got my money back after a discussion, but in the end it would be more worthwhile to buy from a private individual, take the money you saved and let a mechanic fix the problems.

They have great service and the staff is very nice and helpful. They also have a place where you can sleep over if you have a long way to go, we recommend them one hundred percent, and Järvsö is a small and cozy town.
