I had nearly written this place off after past interactions felt dismissive and unwelcoming.nHowever, it's clear they've made significant improvements, as my most recent visit was a complete reversal. The team is now genuinely service-minded, and this positive shift in their approach has earned back my trust and future business.nI can now confidently recommend them to others looking for a respectful and straightforward process.
After being ignored for 15 minutes, an uninterested girl hit us with an “have you been helped”? This after making eye contact with both of us several timesnnAs it turned out, when we had questions, she wasn’t a “salesperson” and they were all busy. Floor was empty. A few of the cars also smelled heavily of smoke and/or tobacco which was extremely off putting.nnLeft quickly after that experience. Don’t waste your time here. There’s loads of better dealerships in the city who’ll treat you better.
Not a great experience, the agents didn’t know much about their own cars and it took them a good while to see if we needed help or want to talk to anyone.
I was there 3 times asking for test drive Toyota yaris so each time they say we don’t have any car with winter tires, so they told if i want to take the responsibility you can drive test drive with summer tires. We are end of December they don’t have cars with winter tires that’s weird so I don’t understand how the customer buy cars and they can’t have test drive.
This is an excellent car showroom for both new and used cars. This also a good place for private leasing. The handover time is very quick and there are a bunch of professionals who exactly know the car they are talking about. It was a cozy and relaxed place to discuss about the cars. You can test drive any car of your choice without any waiting provided you have a valid license.
