'Marcus Sjöbacken' has probably been the best Product Specialist that I have ever met in my life. He was super professional, knowledgeable n helped me at every step of the purchase. Being a non-native Swedish, I had zillion questions n he helped me at every step.nIf you are looking for a Lexus at Malmo... reach out to Marcus.. you will get the best deal n experience ever..
Lexus Malmö is an absolutely great place if you want to deal with anything related to Lexus. The local team is full of professionals with great customer service. I would especially like to mention Chris Thulin, whose approach is absolutely exceptional and communicating/cooperating with her is a real Omotenashi.
Never expected such good service from car services usually others just don't speak to you but as owner I always love to speak and know how/what is my car status, so Lexus Malmo is place where you get all information, good service , good stuff, very helpful and friendly guys, they provided me all necessary information for my car , PS if you own Lexus 600h this is the place where you can get good service for your car.
Not so well organized and planning to repair the car. As a luxury brand, it is expected to have better performance and services.
