Really nice service and personnel is so warm hearted.
I arrived a little late the the appointment, but I called and told them I was going to be a little late. When I arrived they made me wait 25 minutes, then my number was called, with less then a second they called the next number, I walked quickly to the guy and said I had the previous number. He made me wait until he was done with the number After me rude.nI had made the appointment to do the service and telling them to check my brakes and wheels because there is a weird noise. After the main service was done they told me they didn’t check the noises I told them about! So I asked why? Since I had made the appointment for this reason as well. They said they don’t have time!..... I made the appointment specifically for this reason on top of the service. This was rude unprofessional. Now I have to take time off work again to rebook an appointment to check the noises! Very unprofessional. They didn’t even apologize or were nice about it, they were rude. I am unhappy.nOnly the lady at the information desk was nicennThe Förenade bill bmw in angelholm and helsingborg is much much better at service. This place was just rude.
Buy your car from Förenade Bil, Malmö if you wanna ruin your BMW experience. After-sales service just sucks. You ask some questions and wait forever. Send reminder, still no reply. Other things, I don't even want to mention here. The fact of the matter is, the staff don't really care because people will still buy BMWs since the cars are great.nAbsolutely not recommended! Terrible service from Förenade Bil!nWe leased a bmw from them and returned the car after leasing period. The car stays under my name after 3 months! I kept receiving bills and warning of the old car! I emailed and called for days but no one in their company cares! I would never have any business with them! I would rather go to other brand than BMW to avoid such terrible experiences dealing with irresponsible dealer! Unbelievable!
