I am a tourist travelling from another country and had car troubles in my very first day here. The car had an issue in Skanör and had to be towed to Malmö. The first Ford Dealership I called told me that they could give me an appointment in 10 days! Which would have ruined our holidays. But the guy from the towing company called here and we were told to come. We were fretted by a very friendly receptionist called Sophie who took great care of us. Unfortunately it was already four o’clock so they couldn’t inspect the car but I was told the technician would have a look first thing the next morning, so I left the car there. At nine we drove to the dealership and they told me the EGR Valve was damaged. They didn’t have a spare part but could order it and install it the next morning. So we rearranged our plans and spent two night in Malmö fantastic city! and the next day my car was good to go! And the best part was that it all fell under the warranty and I didn’t have to pay anything. I am more than happy with this dealership, thank you so much for you quick help, and especially a big thanks to Sophie for helping us!nThe only downside is that somehow an animal maybe a mouse got into the car while it was there and had a go at our food and it ransacked all of our provisions. But at least the car was fixed and we could continue with our holidays!
Very important for others to read the bad reviews about repairs here. The company has had our car for more than a month. They do not update you about anything. They are blaming the slow progress on sick employees. Seems that only one person has communications to the insurance company. We have been offered no compensation or the possibility of borrowing a car. It is beyond bad service. Take your car somewhere else. Trust me.
The Staf is perfect. I was travelling and making Documantary Programme for NTR TV. I had flat tyre and Staff was busy. They helped me and did not charged anything. I wanted to givi tip and they did not accept. Workers staf are like ANGELS. Long live Ford Long Live Staff. Long Live Malmö. Special thanks to Christopher who helped much.nI love Sweden.
Worst service we have ever experienced! On the first day of our holiday in Sweden, our camper was damaged and ran out of fuel. We were towed to this workshop - and that was the end of the holiday On the second day, a possible cause was found 'on the internet' which couldn't be it - but by the end of the fourth day, they hadn't been able to check this?!?? The workshop cannot be reached by phone - they won't call back either. They don't respond to emails! After waiting for 5 days, we now have to start the journey home in a rental car - the camper will soon be taken back to the rental company.nAddendum: after two months, the camper was finally delivered to the rental company in Germany - unrepaired. The workshop here in Germany found the problem within a very short time: a fuel line had slipped off; that's all. One star is already too much for this workshop!!!
Came here as our last stop on a search for a leasing car. We were welcomed when we arrived, we were helped when we had questions, and then ended up walking away with a new leasing car.nI am a Volkswagen fan myself and never thought that I would end up with a Ford. The salesman that helped us here has changed my whole opinion as to what Ford stands for. He helped us with every question we had, he calmly explained every function on the car when we picked up the car and he made sure we were satisfied before leaving. I highly recommend this place if you are going to lease a car.
