A very popular restaurant with the locals and tourists. Be prepared to wait outside for around 30min or even longer to be seated unless you want to grab a takeaway. The restaurant is small but can seat around 30 people inside and the tables very squashed. The dumplings are really good and so it’s the hot pot and won ton soup, could do with filling the dumplings properly, tasted very plain and other bits were okay as well like the nasi goring and shrimp, worth the wait.
We felt like we were not in Europe anymore for the time being in this small restaurant, and I mean that in the best way possible. The restaurant is small and full, and busy. It is working out wonderfully though. The staff is super quick and effective, friendly but direct in a very charming way. The food though, so good. The dumpling soup on a cold evening? Heaven, HEAVEN. The cucumber salat also, the miso soup is such a nice add on too. This was our highlight dinner in the time we have spent in Stockholm and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone that likes asian food or wants a warm hearty meal.
Extremely busy Chinese restaurant with limited menu. As the name suggests, dumplings are their forte, and with reason. We got a serving of hot pot dumplings, and both filling and dough were excellent. The dough especially had a fantastic texture, clearly homemade. The beef noodle soup was also delicious, much spicier than the single pepper on the menu. Service is… special. Fast and not impressed, with no room for bs. Honestly, it fits perfectly. Be prepared to queue both to order and then to seat.
We had the dumpling soup, very tasty and with rich flavor. Highly recommended. A bit spicy so if you can’t handle the spice ask without or little amount.
The place is bustling with energy and if you are walking by the street and can resist the aroma of hot soup dumplings—well you can’t. I couldn’t.nnThe dumplings are exactly that yumm! The soup, hots just right. The dumplings in chicken, veg and beef—YUMMMY!nnGet here any later than 4pm and be ready to face a long queue continuing into the roads. I mean, the amazing taste for the price doesn’t surprise me is definitely worth the queue. Please don’t miss it, especially on a rainy day, and get, get that miso soup !nnP.S : I just hogged all the dumplings and totally forgot about taking photos until more than half of them disappeared!
