Restaurant Pelikan

Very nice restaurant. Very large and open with plenty of seating. We had no trouble getting a table. They made a very nice lemonade for our daughter and it was very fancy! She loved it. I had the cod loin and my wife had the cold cured salmon. Both were very nice! Our daughter had the steak tartare as her meal. We all tried it and it was amazing! Service was exceptionally quick! My only complaint was the potatoes -- they were a little under-cooked.

Delicious traditional Swedish restaurant.nAmbience was very beautiful but quite busy at Dinnertime, the menu is wide and caters to different tastes and preferences.nHas vegetarian options too.nThe starter with anchovies was incredible, the venison meat was really good and the potato dumplings were also good.nThe desserts were good but a little too “sugary sweet” for my personal taste.nRecommended for a lovely dinner

Booked a table here and had some of their meatballs, which was quite tasty! It did feel like I could make it better at home. I will say, however, the potato puree was just absolutely phenomenal! I wish they had given more of it, since we all had to share one bowl. I could come back purely for that. It was so delicious. The service was good, very quick and friendly. I went here for dinner with some friends, and if you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere to have dinner and to talk at a reasonable volume, this is not the right place! Very loud and a lot of people but not anything surprising since it's such a popular place!. I wonder if perhaps their lunch times are a bit more quieter? Nevertheless, very good food, very good service, a very beautiful restaurant!

A lovely place to experience traditional Swedish food! Everything we tried was delicious and very well prepared, with a cozy and authentic atmosphere. The place gets quite busy during peak hours, so I'd recommend making a reservation in advance. A great choice if you want to try some classic Swedish dishes while in Stockholm!
