Busy restaurant serving traditional Swedish food. RESERVATIONS ARE A MUST! I was there on a Thursday evening and there were no tables available for walk-in guests. The food & wine was delicious! I was surprised to see so many fun cocktail options. I’ll be back when I have more time to enjoy one of those!

Fantastic experience at Kvarnen! The atmosphere is authentic and welcoming, perfect for enjoying delicious traditional Swedish dishes. The manager is super friendly, as are all the waiters — great service and good vibes all around. The food was amazing, and to top it off, the place turns into a lively dance floor at 10 p.m.! A must-visit if you want to experience true Swedish culture and have a fun night out in Stockholm.

The restaurant has a super amazing vibes with cozy feel.nnThe menu is wide and has all main Swedish and some international dishes. All plates were neatly decorated and the food was good.nnStaff are super friendly and helpful

We came with the tour and it was fantastic! I had mixed luck with the pickled herring liking two of the three but overall really enjoyed the food. Being pescatarian, we didn’t eat the Swedish meatballs but they got rave reviews for our other tour members. The chef made us mushroom and pomegranate dumplings that were fantastic! The IPAs were delightful and very different. Out server was friendly and so accommodating- I would definitely come back!

Good food. This was my first ever dinner in Stockholm. Really good food for me welcoming to Stockholm! The vibe is cozy and great. Service was also great.
