First Hotel Grand

The hotel is relatively old and could benefit from some renovation. However, the breakfast was good, and overall it was worth the price we paid. In general, I would have given it 4 stars, but because of the excellent service at the reception—especially from Ulrika—I’m giving it 5 stars. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Many thanks to her!

Stayed with a large group and had multiple rooms. They were accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good with many options. Parking available with EV charging. Comfortable beds. It could use some renovations in the rooms but it was clean and comfortable.

Not at all as fresh as they promote on their website. And the size of the compact room was a disgrace. Swedish prison cells are bigger!!! It's just a bad labeling by them to squeeze money out of a single room.nShower was good... and the breakfast was AMAZING, top class eating in the morning

Dirty hotel. Especially the bed mattresses and linens. Bodily fluids visible. Felt uncomfortable using it and didn’t want to stay. Very worn down and dirty in hallways etc.nnBarely room to move in room. Beware if you are a person with a larger body or tall. Also beware if you have a disability/accessibility issue. It was hard to maneuver around one side to the other. Very small.

Really liked this hotel! Everything is there for convenience. Didnt expect, but it turned out the best hotel of our trip :
