Elite Hotel Brage

Room was not ready when we came, over two hours past check-in time. So we forced to come back later.nnThe room was nice, but for that price could be bigger and more convene.nnBreakfast order were small with mostly scrambled eggs and bread but, overall hard to navigate as the serving was messy.nnLocation was nice, close to restaurants, local center and 10 min from local ice-ring.nnCheck-out was appalling as we where asked to pay for additional room, which was not used/asked but was signed by mistake. It took about an hour until hotel understood and confirmed that it was wrong.ncommunication with staff below every criticism check in- check outnnI recommend to review Hotels business strategy, where client is wright...nnI am not suggesting this HOTEL!

My worst experience in 25 years of travellingnn1. Cleanliness.nAfter checking in, they gave us a dirty number from previous visitors.nn2. Staff.nThe staff yelled at our children for playing in the hallway. After speaking with the staff, they stated that children are notnwelcome in this hotel.nn3. Check-out.nAt check-out, they demanded payment for an additional room reservation that we had not booked.nnIf you are faced with the choice of staying or not staying at this hotel, DEFINITELY NO NO NO.nnI hope that my review helps someone and you don't have to face the problems that my family faced while staying at this hotel.

Can't recommend highly enough. Hanna and rest of team are brilliant. Loved the location, room and breakfast. Very close to ski resort.

Room was not ready when we came, over av hour past check-in time but we were not offered any compensation.nnWe were offered to go in to the spa earlier but on the cost of moving our slot, so no extra time there.nnThe room was nice. Spa itself was good too, but perhaps to many kids to relax. Should have taken a later, kids free slot.nnFood alternatives were few with mostly burgers but breakfast was really great, just a little messy with the serving as things were spread out a bit too much.nnWe had a nice experience overall but won't be coming back

Nice hotel, a bit packed with people. We had some issues during the night due to the noise on other rooms.
