Elite Hotel Brage

Room was not ready when we came, over av hour past check-in time but we were not offered any compensation.nnWe were offered to go in to the spa earlier but on the cost of moving our slot, so no extra time there.nnThe room was nice. Spa itself was good too, but perhaps to many kids to relax. Should have taken a later, kids free slot.nnFood alternatives were few with mostly burgers but breakfast was really great, just a little messy with the serving as things were spread out a bit too much.nnWe had a nice experience overall but won't be coming back

Excellent location.nConveniently close to Romme Alpine Ski.nSmooth check in/ check out, warm welcome from the reception team.nThanks to Glenn at the restaurant for the drinks suggestions. Dinner is always as good as usual at bishop arms.nThe room was tip top family room very spacious and a very warm handwritten welcome letter from the team.nBreakfast was EXCELLENT.. plenty and yummy! Kuddos for the quality of the brewed coffee ..and the fluffy pancakes.nI wish we had time to enjoy the sauna 100kr per person after ski though, we did not had enough time.nBaby friendly !! Our 3 months old had a perfect night sleep .

Cons: I accidentally ordered two rooms with one adult each but we are four people in total. On spot they wanted to charge me 400kr extra per room. Online the difference for one and two persons per room was less than 100kr. I argued a lot and finally I got charged 200kr per room. This feels a bit disappointing.nnPros: good location in centrum. Convenient for skiing at Romme Alpin. Free parking nearby. Okay breakfast.

Great location right in the center of town and walking distance to most places. The staff were amazing and very friendly from the hotel managers to the restaurant servers etc. Food was brilliant Bishop Arms lovely food, good portions, great selection of drinks and a cozy casual atmosphere. Rooms spacious very warm and tidy. Overall 5 star rating like I mentioned it was the staff who made our experience very pleasant. Thank you keep up the great work

Can't speak for the rooms, we went for the breakfast buffet, really fresh and good food. Friendly staff and OK prices.
