It was nice experience in this hotel. Staffs are very good. They are kind and friendly. Clean and warmer rooms.nThey serve a nice Swedish breakfast but I would like if they serve an international breakfast. Would be more better.

Shockingly, there was no air conditioning available, and when I brought this concern to the attention of the receptionist, I was met with a dismissive response, as if it was a trivial matter. It is important for potential guests to be aware of this significant flaw, as it made my stay extremely uncomfortable and virtually sleepless.nnFurthermore, the lack of attention to cleanliness in the room was appalling. The room cleaner clearly did not perform their duties properly. The room was unkempt. It was evident that thorough cleaning had not taken place in quite some time. This neglect only added to the overall dissatisfaction and disappointment I experienced during my stay.nnI understand that not all hotels can provide a luxurious experience, but basic amenities such as air conditioning and cleanliness should be a given. I found it utterly unacceptable that the hotel management showed a complete lack of concern for their guests' comfort and well-being. It is vital that they address these issues promptly and make significant improvements to their facilities and services.nnI strongly advise potential guests to consider other options before choosing this hotel. The lack of air conditioning and the subpar cleaning services are just a couple of the many problems you might encounter here. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment, and look elsewhere for accommodation that prioritizes guest satisfaction.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is situated in a central location that is easily accessible to all the main attractions in the area.nnThe hotel rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. In addition, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met and that I had a pleasant stay.nnFurthermore, the breakfast at the Scandic hotel was simply amazing! It was probably one of the best breakfasts I've ever had at any Scandic hotel. The food was fresh, delicious, and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. Whether you're in the mood for something sweet or savory, the breakfast at the Scandic hotel caters to every taste bud.nnOverall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area.

Stay here if you need to… use their basement pool that’s devoid of any beauty… even peck at the breakfast for its actually rather decent…nBUT for the love of God… just don’t eat at their restaurant. It’s miserable.nnSteak Sandwich - three noodle-thin strips of tasteless flank steak on one slice of bread hidden under a slice of greenhouse tomato and lettuce. Some chef’y crunch topping to hide the grisly bits. Really… how can something with so much piled on taste of nothing? Take 20 cheapest quality of ingredients, it’ll still give you nothing. And €20 for 3 bits of secondary cut meat as a main - that’s a bitter taste, I’d say.nnNext up - vegetarian pasta. Passata from the can - no herbs, no seasoning, no garnish. No love. And overcooked pasta. €18. Go to hell - you’ll have company. After that pasta, I’m there already.nnFire the chef. Burn the kitchen. Start again.

Good location close to many restaurants. Great buffet breakfast with everything you would expect. Small pool which was mostly full of kids splashing - so don't expect to have a relaxing swim on the weekend. Separate saunas for men and women. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Buffet dinners of different themes on different days available and Al la carte too. Close to bus stop for public bus to Romme Alpine. Good size family room.
