Steel Hotel

A fantastic night we experienced there!

What a gem. In the middle of Smedjebacken. From the outside, one could not guess the cozy features of Genuine forest, nature warm cozy environment. The room gave us a calm, unique bedside table from Tall-nMade use of the nature of the steel, elements of the genuine from the steel & iron industry. Warm with emphasis on warm meaning cosy, calm and pleasant. There are standard nice hotels, there is the most luxurious and then there is the Steel Hotel with the couple Peter and Marie who succeed in getting this gem - invisible to us before this visit but take the opportunity, you will get something unique to remember. Thank you for this time, we now know where we will stay next time in Smedjebacken.nnAnd to finish, full-baked pancakes for breakfast and otherwise a really cozy, quiet breakfast and local ingredients.nnNext time we will be happy to come up during the day for brunch and cozy walks.

Well located hotel in a quiet area, with fantastically friendly and personal service. Small dinner menu but good food. Fun with the anonymous facade that houses a hotel with many fine details.

Homely hotel with nice rooms. Close to everything in Smedjebacken, but still a quiet location. Good food, drink and service.
