Flasta kyrkruin

Needs renovations. There wasn't even a roof!

Located a little outside Skokloster castle, easy to miss. Narrow dirt road a couple of hundred meters and a small parking lot before you get there. Short walk on path to the ruin. There are only parts of walls left but give an image of what it might have looked like, a small church.

An interesting old church ruin from the Middle Ages. Located near Skokloster Castle.

I don't give many high fives, but this plastic spoke to us throughout history. Simple but nicely maintained, mighty cross and nice with a stone bench where we sat and meditated. The walk up and down from the church gave a time and feeling to move from the present to the past.

Beautiful with history. Traces of the old wall around the cemetery were visible.
