ROOMSnThe room and the rest of the hotel felt new and fresh! Alas there was very noisy ventilation in the room and no aircon which ment we had to keep an electrical fan on all night. The total of noise from ventilation and fan was a bit much.nCleaning could also be improved. Stains and fingerprints on doors, taps etc. The trash was not emptied daily. Be aware that the door does not smack into place, it stops right before it’s properly closed and locked so you have to give it a little push.nThere was almost no place to hang our towels, other than on the arm rests on a handicap toilet. Need more hooks!nAnd speaking of HC toilets; it does not feel very luxurious to have a HC adapted bathroom plus we feel it should be reserved for people in need for it.nOn the other hand the room was super spacious and felt new. Kinda fun to think about the fact that it used to be a shopping mall!nnSERVICEnFriendly staff and smooth check-in/check-out. Always with a smile and a hello at breakfast.nnLOCATIONnThe hotell is situated practically at the main square of town. There’s a little walk down to the harbor area and a further walk to «Havsbadet».nThe area surrounding the hotell is peaceful at night. There are many cafes, restaurants and some shops close by.nnOTHERnThe garage is in the basement and you have to check in before you can enter. There is no lift from the basement and up. The doors did not close shut even here like they’re ment to, so you have to actually push it to make sure it is locked.nThe breakfast area was super cosy and calm. Food was OK.nThe bistro closes 21:30 and there was nothing to be had from the lounge bar later than this. The reception is open 24/7 which was no problem for us, but nice to know.

This Hotel is very good. they are very welcoming with great service. They are just there to offer a great service to people and is highly recommended to anyone visit Lysekil Sweden. The location is great and accessible even with local bus. With great sight view to the water is just amazing.nA visit will sure convince you.

Very unfriendly and unwelcoming staff! Only one woman was nice when checked in, didn't see her again much afterwards. Not even as much as a hello off any of the other staff to myself or the other people in my group so didn't feel welcome at all. My room wasn't cleaned once over the few nights stay, even though I had asked at reception and left the clean the room sign out. Very very expensive and definately not worth the price at all for the service/experience given.

It easlike a home away from home . Mallin was extremely helpful and the staff was amazing. Looking forward to the next time.

We're a family of four on a road trip around Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. This is the best hotel we've stayed in. Big room, nice, very comfortable beds and great pillows. The hotel is on the town square, and it is one cute little place. Highly recommend.
