I had a disappointing experience with Max in Rågsved. I ordered 5 burger menus for delivery, but the order was completely wrong - incorrect burgers, wrong drinks, and it arrived late. When I tried to resolve the issue, the store manager was unhelpful and rude. They refused to fix the mistake, telling me to either come pick up the correct order myself at midnight or send an email. As a customer, I expected better service, especially for such a large order. The lack of willingness to make things right and the dismissive attitude were unacceptable. I would think twice before ordering from this location again

I think max is really trying to create something hybrid let say macdonads and KFC , but the taste of the fish burger is just not rightnnHeavy copy even the sauce they used is an old Indian sauce , it’s simple don’t try to copy macdonads or kfc or Burger King and perhaps you may be able to create something nice
Very good food and clean tables would go any other time
Asked for cheese fries with only the cheese sauce and not the other sauce and got both
