Rare to give a 5/5 across, but I find this place truly spectacular!nnNever been in the winter, but for a summer day it gives you all you could ask for. A great outside dining area, floral and green. The staff is genuinely friendly.nnAnd for the food, it is impossible to find nothing of your taste. We tried the duck liver, anglaise calf, shrimp with browned butter and herring with egg. As described above it sounds a bit boring, but fear not, it is excellent.nnHighly recommended both for locals and short term visitor may to September.nnCiao!
The place is great! Cozy and delicious food. I can recommend 3 pieces for 2 adults. Although l really recommend trying it, I want to share something that disappointed me. When we first arrived, the waiter said that there were no tables available - he asked if we had a reservation, but we did not. The place is really small, but it was not full. So as we exited, I got into their website to check if there were tables for later on that day. And there were 2 free tables 15 minutes away from that very moment! We booked, and waited out side. When we got back in, the waiter placed us in the very same table that was free 15 min ago. Really, he could not have checked his own booking system for drop-in guests?
At last, there is a possibility to get delicious danish smörrebröd in the Stockholm area again. The small restaurant is located in Årsta and for the time being, it is best to order online for pickup at a decided time. We have ordered twice and tried 6-7 different tastes, and they have all been top-class so far. One is about enough for lunch, but if you are really hungry, get two! We will surely return for more of those tasty sandwiches.
Very nice place, I was alone so I could only taste one smørrebrød a classic rostbiff and one dessert deep-fried camembert with an Irish cider. All of it was very good but not top. As well as the service, very good with kind and nice staff but apparently none of them was a pro. So my opinion is that the ratio price/quality is not well balanced with a price a little bit too high for what you get. But absolutely worth a try, specially during summertime
This is one of our favorite restaurants in Stockholm. Unfortunately the secret is out and now it is often crowded, but the food is excellent, though not cheap. The outdoor seating is great and necessary as inside is very small.
