Decent food and good value for money. The burgers were good, but the chicken nuggets were uneatable. The location is very convenient in the centre of Uppsala.
Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with added Emmental cheese, a large cheese fries and a large soft drink. Got only the bag. Had to ask for the cup separately. Got to the hotel. Noticed there was only 1 cheeseburger in the bag. Paid €3 + €1 for the added cheese €4 for a product they cut me out on. Environment was terrible.nnIf you want to go have food in an environment where cocky kids who threaten you if you can’t move out the way in literally a second since there’s already a person walking behind me then head over to this place. This would be swell for you.nnFood is swell. Max is Max. This restaurant, it gets a 1/5 as a whole for me. Considering you don’t receive what you pay for, and the environment…
I went here in the night. Almost all desks are really messy, not clean at all.nnThe server, I guess she's having a rough evening. Or... she's just not really good at communicating, I assume.nnThe food? I ordered ice cream caramel latte, but no ice cream in my drink. Am I satisfied? Certainly, I will not suggest this restaurant to my friends nor come here again.nHowever, I've been here before in the afternoon, and they served the burger really great. Just a bad luck for me, I guess...
I had a dinner at Max Uppsala last week and i was utterly disappointed when i have started eating. To my suprise when i opened it up, i saw that the bacon was burned completely, it was dark as can be. The patty itself was also old, soggy, and just bad. I have never had this experience before with Max, and therefore i'd like to ask You to correct this mistake in some way. Please find the pictures attached. My boyfriend's burger had the exact same burned to the ground bacon. Obviously threw out the rest after realising why it had a weird taste.
Oh you crazy Americans. Why go to burger king or McDonald's when Sweden's own burger stop offers so much more quality. This one in upsalla is in such an upscale setting, I didn't even mind my order was incorrect, it was still quite good
