Närhälsan Herrestad vårdcentral och BVC

I can't actually believe it this vårdcentral is a real thing the worst cominicateion I have to call maybe 20 times for the same dam thing and they will not even care,they write different things not what I say months and years have to go pass to get help amd that is ridiculous.nHave to bag them to give pain killers when I am un a severe pain while waiting for the x-ray ,botem line health help is zero and less you are dying and they know nothing this people they don't even know what the hell they are doing.

We have unfortunately had several less than good experiences with incompetent doctors including due to lack of Swedish at this health center in the past, but this time the experience was completely different.nnOur 7-year-old daughter needed help because her earring had grown stuck and caused an inflammation. The doctor Maria who took care of her was incredibly competent, calm and friendly. She was very careful, explained what she was doing at all times and made sure that our daughter felt safe throughout the visit.nnA big thank you for the professional and empathetic treatment of all the staff that day. It really made a difference, and we are very grateful for the excellent care we received.

Incredibly sad that this health center has become so bad. A bunch of doctors who didn't know how to write a new medical certificate etc. They don't get any emails etc. Unfortunately I had to change health center in the middle of a long-term sick leave. Tom FK thought it was a good move to change. That says a lot about this health center

I've been happy over the years, but the last two doctors I've had now make me wonder how they got their jobs. A complete disaster. Poor Swedish and absolutely didn't listen to what was said or understand what was meant. All the nurses are good as usual.

I have been listed at Herrestads health center for quite a few years. In the beginning, I found the nurses and doctors to be absolutely fantastic. I had a really cute diabetes nurse. Unfortunately, she retired 1.5 years ago. I also had a fantastic doctor, Jesper, who unfortunately is no longer there. I have diabetes and use Ozempic, which works well for me. I contacted her by phone to get a prescription because I had not been given an appointment. I got one for three months. Tests were ok but I did not get a continued prescription. I called again today and asked for a prescription. I spoke to a very rude and unprofessional nurse. She was going to check if I could get a prescription... I questioned what she meant and was told that it was definitely not available at the pharmacy and why would I need medication. I asked what she thought I should do if I did not get medication. I got the answer that you should take insulin. Taking insulin when I can manage with ozempic would destroy my own ability to manage my diabetes. Damn those types of people. I am thinking of changing health centers.
