You get an appointment booked and arrive on time for it but have to wait a long time beyond that time. This happens every time. Incredibly bad behavior from healthcare staff who can't keep appointments. If someone else is late once, it's life.
The nurses are good at what they do and are nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about their doctor. Doesn't listen to anyone. The last time I was there, I explained that injections are not my strong point. Then he thought I was crazy and should talk to a psychologist. I'll list myself. Last time I visited that place.
