Very friendly and competent staff.nnThey help with all health-related issues – except toothache. The dentist is one floor down.nI never had to wait long for the doctor or treatment when I had an appointment.nThey took the time to address my problems.nIf needed, I could quickly get an appointment with a specialist at the hospital in Borås.nThe aftercare is excellent..
Scandal with Ärlig's behavior, is making threats and blackmail with peth test. Have never met the person!!! Listed back to the southern square, where the doctors and other staff are FOR their patients.nThey also have the best Rehab in Borås. In my 60 years I have never felt so badly treated.nToo bad because I like the sisters who built the company!
Bad treatment from male doctor today. Not engaged, stressed and had to apologize several times because it felt like I was bothering him. He made me feel like I was delusional so I was embarrassed. Unfortunately, I have several unanswered questions. Sad, because the receptionist and the female nurses are absolutely fantastic.
The staff at Vega is incredible, you always get such a nice welcome and always get feedback the same day when you call. I have always had an appointment within 2-3 days but usually even on the day if needed. BVC is also outstanding and Julia is 10/10 in everything!
