Very bad health center, long queues and untrained health care assistants. The person who takes blood tests is very good but usually when you come here you are sitting for hours
Two days ago I had visited my health center in Stockholm, which I actually belong to, and had not received any help with severe swelling in my face. Since the swelling had gotten worse and I was now visiting Älvkarleby, I called the health center in Skutskär. I got a quick appointment and was treated very well on the phone. Once there, I was taken seriously and 2 doctors helped. It turned out to be an allergic reaction. I received treatment on the spot and now a few hours later I am already feeling much better! Imagine if my health center had been just as good. I can highly recommend Skutskär's Health Center! Thank you and cheers to the staff at the health center!
Rude staff when you call and not helpful either, the doctors who work there don't listen to the patient, they just want things to go quickly. Have changed health centers now.
Probably one of the worst health centers in Sweden, basically impossible to get an appointment.nnIf the staff promises to come back, you can forget it, I have the feeling that the staff says it is to avoid talking on the phone.nnThe absolute best thing would be if Skutskär's health center closed completely.
I have encountered nurses on a few occasions over the phone for advice,nwho have been really unpleasant. Have been rude, short-tempered, questioning in a way that makes you feel stupid for calling and also that way from the start.nSome probably actually have the wrong job
