Scania Museum - Sweden

Great museum, came knowing nothing about Scania history, and was pleasantly surprised by the historical collection. Also, it's nice to have the opportunity to sit in new trucks. It's very nice of Scania to have the admission free.nMy friends now call me Scania ambassador.

We visited the Scania Museum on a Friday and were pleasantly surprised—it wasn’t crowded and entry was free. The highlight was stepping inside two of Scania’s latest trucks, giving a real feel of the interiors. The museum showcases the brand’s rich history and even offers a virtual reality tour of their battery plant. A small shop sells Scania-themed caps, shirts, and watches.

Free entry and parking, now what's not to love about that!?nnBut hey, well worth a visit if you are on your way to or from Stockholm, it is roughly 30 minutes south of Stockholm, literally just off the E4/E20 motorway.nnAllow about one hour.nnFriendly Staff.nnThe train carriage is very cool!nnObviously you can buy Scania merchandise.nnFully recommend....

Really good experience, very clean and good layout. Nice to see all the history of the start of Scania. And then to see what new ideas they have. We had wonderful hospitality here, would like to visit again one day.
