For a desk rat this climb was pretty difficult. My knees were shanking but the view worth the effort. For a person that does a minimum or exercise per week this is very easy. You have 2 options to climb it: the big “stairs” carved in rock at the left or the stairs at the right which continues in a small alley that goes around. I took both, and unfortunately I started with the harder one but the view is magnificent! I got there at sunset and was really impressed.
An amazing spot for the best views towards central Stockholm! There a plenty of places to hung around and relax with friends. Best time during sunset !
A wonderful spot to watch the sunset or just enjoy the city view during the day. I recommend bringing something comfortable to sit on if you plan to stay a while and have a snack — seating isn’t the coziest, but the view makes it worth it!
Stunning view of the river, the town hall, and the centre. The sunset is charming on this rock. But consider arriving early and securing a spot The walk to this rock is also enjoyable - you walk along beautiful walking path.
