Extremely poor option for an emergency visit. I arrived at the emergency ward with an injury and, unfortunately, had a deeply disappointing experience. Despite waiting for 10 hours, I was never seen by a doctor, leaving me with no choice but to leave without receiving any medical attention. A nurse told me to wait a few more unknown hour.nnEmergency care should prioritize all patients equally. Deserves no star due to discrimination...

This time a little waiting but I wasn't dying. Last time, 8 months ago, it was absolutely urgent and I was handled with outmost speed and care. The new building is very nice and airy. The staff is competent and friendly. Sorry to hear some don't share the same experience. I've been a patient at SÖS for almost 6 months. It's an absolutely superb hospital! But anyway: Stay Healthy if you can!
Better die in peace and not go to this hospital , when you see a nurse and try to call her be sure she will make her self crazy and will not see in your side , you can wait doctor more than 17h and will tell you take paracetamol .
10h+ waiting time. This is absolutely insane. Night staff was really mean unprovoked.nI'd expect max 3h of waiting time.nHowever 10h+ was still not enough to get checked by doctor even after doing the tests. Had to go home before getting to the doctor.
