Very nice restaurant and reasonable price. Had meatballs, herrings and fried pull pork. Really good food. Free bread served. Eric served us and he’s very attentive and friendly. Definitely coming back again.Mat: 5/5

Just Wow! This place is amazing, with its location being in the old town, and the traditional dishes they serve it is definitely a must go. We went for their Swedish Meatballs Kötbullar, it was super delicious and portion wise very big as well. I had an amazing time there sitting, chilling, slowly eating my meal while enjoying my drink, and watch the people pass by. They were also incredibly kind and the service was awesome.

I am fortunate to spend time in Stockholm every few months. I try to eat here because the staff is so nice and the food is delicious! I am usually alone, and they always make me feel welcome. The last time I ate here, I had the pan-fried herring, which was amazing. I also had the shrimp appetizer. I can remember the Swedish name... sorry. That was also incredibly yummy. I highly recommend eating here but I encourage you to make a reservation.

Great swedish dishes at reasonable price at a historic location. Staff were friendly. Salad and coffee was self service and complementary which was great! Outdoor and indoor seating with good location and ambience. Tried the meatballs and herring which were both good.

Great place all around. Fast response to my email request for a reservation; friendly, well-lit dining room too often you can’t even read a menu without a flashlight!!; very good food in generous but not ridiculous portions; fair wine prices. Highly recommended for anybody who wants to try Swedish food for the first time.

Delicious pan fried fish with potatoes. We also had the flight with SOS— awesome. The street seating added a nice casual flare. And the cauliflower with puréed chick peas was very good.Mat: 4/5

We have the meatballs and the salmon at this restaurant. The service was fast and efficient and the meatballs were tasty with a solid portion. The salmon was also good, although nothing too special. This is a nice restaurant to eat some traditional Swedish food. Vegetariska alternativ: Limited

I’ve had my fair share of schnitzels/milanesas, but this has most likely been the best I’ve eaten. Perfect crust, tender, great butter and a beautiful wine sauce. Could probably eat this as my last meal ever. Also had the salmon, excellent cook point and an amazing potato puree, peppery and just everything needed to go with the dish.

Väldigt god mat! Beställde panerad sej med potatis och remouladsås, och stekt strömming med potatismos och lingonsylt. Maten var väldigt god, bra portion, smakrik remouladsås och sallad och bröd ingår. Mysigt att sitta ute på Stora nygatan. Skulle definitivt rekommendera restaurangen för någon som är sugen på svensk mat eller vill testa för första gången! Jsg kommer definitivt komma tillbaka!

We went to get some traditional Swedish food, and boy did we go to the right place. Traditional food throughout, delish, great service, value for money and very calm and speakeasy venue. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for Swedish cuisine in central Stockholm. Specialkost: Don't go if you don't like meat.
