At Stjerneborg on Ven, you can feel the closeness of Tycho Brahe and the wings of history. The museum in the former church is good. The performance in the reconstructed remains of the observatory, si so there.
Was going on tour :45, we waited next door and went to the door at the minute. Then got a sour comment from the staff that we were late and that it had already started.nnCome on, we were five meters away, if you wanted to start earlier, you could have asked if we were part of the tour. Otherwise mediocre for the price.
It's ok. Not so crazy, but you are still impressed by the old boy and the instruments he invented
Just seen it from the outside so don't know if it's good or not.
Stjärneborg Stjerneborg was Tycho Brahe's underground observatory next to Uraniborg Castle. It was built around 1581, when Tycho Brahe considered Uraniborg insufficient for his studies. He named it Stellæburgum, which in Latin means Star Castle.
