Unfortunately could not get any help, because doctor dont speak english, and my swedish is not good enough to explain problem. Instead of asking about problem doctor asked me how long i live in Sweden and why i steel dont speak swedish. I think its not included in medical service that i expected to get in Vårdcentralen Trosa. First time i meet so unprofessional attitude.

Waiting for an appointment for 1 month and then coming to a doctor who googles symptoms and asks me could it be this? Speaks such bad Swedish that you don't even understand half of it.

Here at Trosa care center, unfortunately, the focus seems to be on helping as few people as possible. Booking an appointment via 1177 or phone seems next to impossible as it says that there are no appointments on 1177 and if you call them, an automated voice says that they are busy and the call ends. Under all the criticism for such an otherwise good municipality to have this breakdown as a health center.

Refused to accept my mother who had obvious pneumonia. The staff in the exchange is the worst gatekeeper with whom you have tried to get in touch several times in serious cases that ended up in the emergency room. You are often met with derision for trying to get help. Totally unacceptable! Several of the staff seem absolutely guaranteed to have received their credentials and job titles in a cereal packet with corn flakes. Don't come here if you want to get well......

Met a new doctor today, experienced him as knowledgeable and I received good treatment.nnUnfortunately, it is the rest of the sourdough uncommitted and nonchalant employees who drag down the quality of VC as a whole. I must be in the doctor's room for a few minutes when there is a knock on the door and a member of staff comes in with papers about something else.
