Vasteras Flight Museum

Great museum offering an insight in Swedish military and civil planes. You could sit in the cabin of a jet fighter, look into the complexities of plane engineering and even walk onboard an air vessel that took part in the D-Day operation!nOr why not try yourself in there pilot's role at one of their realistic simulators.nFun and insightful place!

Best place ive ever been its so many planes and many cool stuff such as military Swedish air force and helicopters and believe or not its kinda cool in there because there is flight simulator thingy and its well and such as realistic i recommend going there nice place highly recommend

Very interesting museum! Shows Swedish aviation and you can even sit in planes! Located right next to Västerås Airport. We came all the way from Germany for this! It was definitely worth it.

Vintage planes with so much history! I enjoyed reading the story behind each one! Very lovely indeed!

Amazing place to visit. The staff is really welcoming and talkative, you can sit inside the planes, plenty to do with kids. Strongly recommend!
