I didn’t stay overnight, but I spent a lot of time in the hotel for a business event.  The conference hall was big, comfortable, and had all the equipment we needed, like microphones and speakers. Everything worked well, and the staff was helpful.  The food was one of the best parts. Lunches were very tasty, with a good variety of dishes. During coffee breaks, we enjoyed great coffee, snacks, and pastries, which were fresh and delicious.  Although I didn’t stay at the hotel, I would think about staying here in the future because the service was great for business events.  Fremkommelighet til fots: Great location! Right next to the railway station. Close to the city center: 10ish minute walk to the central square  Mat og drikke: Lunch was really really good.

location is Great! just nearby train station and there is tram to airport also. The breakfast has many options and there is tea and coffee 24hrs. No fridge or kettle in the room but it is ok for a short stay.  Short walks to Most tourist attractions also.Rom: 5/5

Very nice hotel in Bergen, super convenient location across the train station and tram line to airport. It's also just a 10-minute walk to the center. Rooms are all modern, no fridge though. Breakfast buffet was very good as well. They let us check in early as well, arriving with an overnight train. Even without check in, they have discounted options for breakfast for early arrivals.

Great location for walking just 1-2 minutes from the train and to the light rail tram stop that takes you to the airport or as was our case, the car rental, or just one stop to the city center. But Bergen is very walkable and you're literally two corners/turns away from the beautiful, narrow streets and walkways up the steep hill where you can enjoy the beauty of the town from above.  However, there are venues around the hotel that host weddings and other events, which can be loud well into the night.  The rooms are very small, and bathrooms even smaller. Definitely designed to stay there just one night. Other than that, it's clean and comfortable.  Get to the breakfast buffet early, otherwise it's a mob scene. The food anywhere in Norway is excellent and you will probably need three of these buffets to be able to try everything they offer.  They have a very pleasant and helpful staff that makes you feel at home.  Fremkommelighet til fots: Literally a few steps from the Bergen train station, and if you walk right through the station, you're on the light rail stop to either Bergen centrum, or the airport $4/person for a 90-minute ticket

Just so good! So surprised. Nice lobby area with free coffee etc, incredible breakfast !!, very helpful reception, very central with no noise right by a lovely park, and the rooms are functional with excellent black out blinds, no noise, and comfy beds even though it was two single beds. Highly recommend! A great relaxing base.Rom: 5/5

Hot hot hot in September and no A/C.  They gave us a fan that was so small and barely blew any air so we got 2 and still were miserable at night. The first room was 25 degrees C, the TV didn't work, the room had no phone so we kept having to get dressed to go back downstairs to tell them stuff.  Finally I insisted that they move us, which they did at midnight.  The second room was 24.8C so not much different.  The breakfast was the usual buffet that they have at all the hotels. I was on a tour with NordicVisitor and was worried before the trip about the hotels they use but they insisted they were all good.  Not true. I will not stay at this hotel again.

More like 3 star standard. Alot of noise outside when windows are open, very warm room with no AC you can't sleep!!, no minibar/fridge, low water pressure in shower.  Great location.

I was worried that it would be noisy because there were a lot of group tourists, but it was quiet and the sunlight was well blocked, so I was able to sleep well. It was right next to the station, so it was conveniently located for getting around, and the breakfast was also very good.

Good location, but I can echo the review from the other guest today, there is no aircon at all, I am staying in my room right now, temperature is 28 degrees all night !  Now I understand why there is a fan in the room though I haven't requested for it. Don't stay here unless it's winter.  Interessante detaljer: This hotel doesn't turn on the room air con, save energy ? It's 28 degrees !

Very good breakfast. Smaller, simple but nice room, good bathroom. Walking distance to the train station and centrum of the city.Rom: 4/5
