Certainly recommend it. Family vacation. Stayed for 4 nights. They added a bed for my daughter due to last-minute changes. Room got a little crowded but we managed. Very helpful staff. Location is close to all amenities. Walking distance to train & buses. They provided the best breakfast. we really enjoyed our time there. Bigger fan was very helpful in a hot weather. No AC though.
Worst hotel ever. When I got there the lady at the reception said they have no free parking space and I had to go and park the car away from the hotel. I travel with cats and booked a room there as they say pets are allowed. After I parked the car and came back to the hotel the lady told me cats are not allowed. She said the only thing she can do is to give me back the money. When I told her I mentioned I have cats when I was booking the room she said she was to busy to check e-mail. No compensation. No nothing. Highly unrecommended.
i accidentally bookd a room for the wrong date and the staff there was so helpful and understanding to cancel my booking and get a refund though it was against the booking terms. we could stay the night and were amazed by the friendliness of everyone. thank you so much
The room is great. But the tv is ancient and the bathroom is trash only the room and the beds where nice the view was not worth the 133€
Nice staff and good breakfast! We have previously stayed here in superior room, and it was lovely. Now tho we tried the standard king room. And it was honestly very old and small. About 80cm in the hallway between walls. If you stay here choose the new superior rooms, as they are much newer and has much more space.
