The hotel is great, staff is amazing and kind. Honestly i had an outstanding experience from start to finish.nThe check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff at the reception were welcoming, professional, and attentive. They provided all the necessary information and even gave me a quick overview of the hotel’s facilities. Also the toilets and rooms were clean which is something i was looking for in a hotel

Closeby the center. I recommend that I had the good experience. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast has more than sufficient options.
Nice and friendly staff, good location but extremely uncomfortable rooms. To be avoided at all cost.nnThey insist on keeping the central heating at 25 degrees which is very warm for sleeping. No one in the hotel knows how to assist with this, the excuse is always that the handyman is only back next week.nnSo I am literally heating the entire city of Gävle with my sauna room keeping the windows open. Gävle is not a large city, but it has a lively night life during the weekends, which means trying to sleep with your windows open is a nightmare.nnClassic example of how inflexible and amateurish Scandinavian hospitality can be.
Let’s start with the amazing room service that I had in this hotel, the people were very polite and positive with good humor. The rooms were spotless, the location was near perfect. Everything was just as it needed to be.
