I needed to enter my room after closing time and the staff was really helpful sending me the instructions on how to get inside the hotel and my room. I appreciated very much the attention and care. The overall experience for my stop-over was great and I want to return to Norrköping to stay longer and enjoy all the hotel amenities. A super plus for the toiletry products from Ritual's which smelled great. If you are coming with luggage from the train or bus station I recommend you use the public transportation to get to the hotel. It is in a walking distance and the walk is enjoyable but the bus stop is pretty close to the hotel and you don't have to worry about carrying your luggage around.
Excellent stay in a perfectly nice hotel. Very clean room, excellent location in the center of the city, very, very comfortable beds, the staff is very friendly and service ready, and the breakfast is a nice plus as it is quite rich. Overall definitely recommending this place to everyone going to Norrköping
Tons of great places to eat in the area. Hotel is nice, beds are small but it’s like that in the country. Good hotel gym and they have a sauna. Not a bad place to stay.
Very nice and cozy hotel, rooms were clean, bathroom was equipped with hand soap, shampoo, body soap and hair conditioner, all great. Gym is well equipped and available early morning until 22:30 in the weekday, a bit shorter in the weekends. Hotel is located in the centre of the city, so perhaps all You might need is approachable within short walk. The biggest advantage of this place is the breakfast, wide selection of breads and buns, eggs 3 ways, meats, cheeses, spreads, fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh squizzed orange juice, a berry cocktail and so on. Highly recommended!
The standard room was dated and a bit on the small side, especially the bathroom. Could use a larger mirror and more light. But overall okay considering the price and location. The included breakfast buffet was excellent, plenty of choices and open until 10.30.nnDog friendly but does charge a fee of 200 sek unfortunately.
