Great stay for the price!nnI really enjoyed my stay here — it’s a great hotel for this price range, right in the city center. There’s street parking available, plus a multi-story car park right next door, which was really convenient.nnThe breakfast was excellent, with fresh orange juice and lots of variety to choose from. I also appreciated the generous checkout time at 12 noon — very relaxing!nnThe hotel has a gym, a kids’ club, and even a games room, which is a nice bonus. There are plenty of restaurants around too, so you’ll have lots of dining options nearby.nnHighly recommend for a comfortable and well-located stay!
We had a great stay! The location was great, and the breakfast was truly exceptional, one of the best I've ever had in a hotel, with a lot to choose from. The only minor point was the third person's bed, which was a pull-out couch and not super comfortable, but decent.
Update May 2025: I sent feedback to the hotel and the manager responded, so I decided to give it another go, and had a more pleasant stay. Room was clean, the staff nicer, and breakfast equally as good as the previous stay.nnOriginal review:nDid not have a pleasant stay.nnAt the check in I was just handed the key, no information on how to get to the room which involved taking the elevator to a specific floor, than walking across the building to take another elevator to the correct floor. I could've returned to ask, of course, but I stay in a lot of hotels and at the check in they usually ask if you've been there before and if not they'll explain how to get to your room, even if it's as easy as going to the right floor.nnThe room was dirty, candywrappers, sugarwrappers on the floor, clearly they had not done anything except hopefully changed the bedding and towels.nnThe hotel was fully booked so I didn't even bother to ask for another room.nnBreakfast was pretty decent, nice staff, decent selection.nnI'm fairly new to staying at Best Westerns, but this was by far the worst Best Western I've stayed at, and far from priceworthy.nnWas going to give feedback on the cleanliness at check out, but it was the same person at the reception as at check in, so I didn't even bother, the person clearly doesn't care.
I needed to enter my room after closing time and the staff was really helpful sending me the instructions on how to get inside the hotel and my room. I appreciated very much the attention and care. The overall experience for my stop-over was great and I want to return to Norrköping to stay longer and enjoy all the hotel amenities. A super plus for the toiletry products from Ritual's which smelled great. If you are coming with luggage from the train or bus station I recommend you use the public transportation to get to the hotel. It is in a walking distance and the walk is enjoyable but the bus stop is pretty close to the hotel and you don't have to worry about carrying your luggage around.
Very nice and cozy hotel, rooms were clean, bathroom was equipped with hand soap, shampoo, body soap and hair conditioner, all great. Gym is well equipped and available early morning until 22:30 in the weekday, a bit shorter in the weekends. Hotel is located in the centre of the city, so perhaps all You might need is approachable within short walk. The biggest advantage of this place is the breakfast, wide selection of breads and buns, eggs 3 ways, meats, cheeses, spreads, fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh squizzed orange juice, a berry cocktail and so on. Highly recommended!
