Spectacular rooms! Lovely service, with personal touches that made our stay memorable. Jenny and her team are first rate operators, and we are keen to stay again.
Rooms was bit old and not renovated for a long time. Missing paint on the windows, dirty chair in the room, bathroom in need of a real clean in the shower.nOld cards for the rooms that were struggling for both of us staying there.nnService was good in the reception. Really nice people and helpful.nnBar/restaurant was really nice. Good food and drinks. Unfortunately the service was very slow. Many people had to wait too long for service. There were not so many customers so service could have been better.nnOverall the hotel needs a renovation. Then I think it can be really nice because the house and location is really great!
Great location at the centre of the city within walkable distances of restaurants and shops.nnDecent food but not a lot of options for allergies/different diets. Breakfast didn't have any gluten free or vegan options outside of fruits and oat milk.nnRooms are nice and clean, charming rustic and cozy feel.
Staff nice and welcoming, breakfast ok, however because of lack of space they sent me to another sister hotel across the road. It was very old fashioned, with no way to remove fully the light from the window and the water from the shower spreading across the bathing room. Not great…
Nice quaint hotel.nnNice restaurant but the manager Matthias tonight was truly rude to the point we almost left with 5 people staying at the hotel for 2 weeks.nnFortunately we were saved by a lovely and kind, customer centric waitress Sandra who ended making our night a great evening
