Very nice hotel in a central location. The room was very nice with a good selection of comforts and amenities. We did not experience the spa unfortunately.nnThe restaurant was lovely, it was warm enough for us to be able to sit outside in the courtyard. Food was delicious.nnBreakfast was good but not fabulous, they were out of bacon and the pancakes were dry, otherwise it was very good.
One of the most expensive hotels in Norrköping 2,895 SEK per night, but my stay was a complete disappointment. The room was extremely cold, the ventilation system didn’t work properly, and the heating never turned on during the night. Around 3–4 AM, I called the hotel’s main number to ask for help, but no solution was provided. I also reported the issue in writing afterwards, but hotel management did not follow up or offer any compensation. At this price point, such lack of service and accountability is unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel.
A very nice, although expensive, hotel close to the city centre of norrkoping.nRooms are spacious and beds are particularly comfortable. The look and feel of bedrooms is a bit old, as in a style that was popular in big cities a couple of years ago, but I suppose it’s also part of the charm of the place.nnConsidering the price I would really expect the spa to be included.nnThe restaurant is good although also on the pricy side. Vegetarian options are available.
I stayed at Lamp Two, which is across the road from reception. Very modern room, toilets have an amazing marble design, and even coffee machine is premium. Just note that in winter you'd have to dress up warm to go for breakfast and gym
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The bathroom and shower were spotless and absolutely top-notch! My room was spacious, though the bed, while quite small, was very comfortable. It made me wonder if we really need large beds at all. I’ve always loved the duvets in Scandinavian countries—they're just the right size, neither too big nor too small. And breakfast was amazing!nnI only have one minor recommendation. Please provide resting plates for the serving spoons next to each dish. A lot of the guests decided to rest the serving spoons on top of the heavy metal pots, and they fell off easily.
