We only stayed 1 night but were happy with our stay! Nice location and easy walk to the bus/train central station. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection. Everyone we interacted with were super nice. Accommodating to a late check out. Only issues - the floor in the room was not very clean and the adjustable shower head was broken.
The location is great, it’s near the center, right next to the train and bus station and a lot of bars and restaurants, the staff was also very friendly and kind. The room could have been cleaner, though, the windows were very dusty and the towel hanger was dusty as well. The breakfast didn’t have a lot of options but it was good overall. In conclusion, considering what we paid and that we stayed for just one night, it was a pleasant stay.
Excellent location. Kind people. Breakfast is fine but the it's all frozen and then thawed. The pancakes taste freezer burned. There are no black out curtains and in summer the sun never fully sets. Plus the sunrise is at 4:30am! There is no mini fridge which is something I prefer, but reception will give you ice. My room has no art or other decor which is depressing actually. I let them know it's easy to add art. It is on a street that motorcycles and sports cars enjoy racing by all night long. It's SO LOUD. I didn't get one good nights sleep in the 4 I stayed. The employees are wonderful and it's right by the station which is great. I would not stay again because of the reasons mentioned above.
The lobby staff blond lady was very kind/nice/friendly/accommodating. The free sauna was great—very clean and spacious, with a little waiting room, changing area, toilet and 2 showers, that could be booked for an hour. Also nice in the lobby was the free coffee/tea/cookies/water e.g., the cappuccino was refreshing after a long bus ride, billiards, and play corner with children’s toys. Good location in the center by busses, beach, and stadsparken, and near a hemköp supermarket. Good price, and our rooms were nice and quiet. Many lights and free sockets. Breakfast was nice, with good selection. If we had to mention tiny areas for improvement, wifi was not so fast, the handle of the window in the room wasn’t so easy to twist fully closed, there was no visible thermostat/air conditioner, the floor of the bathroom became a bit wet somehow after a bath due to the setup, and using the cups in the lobby felt a bit like a gamble if they were new or used since it might not have been so clear where to put used cups/it wasn’t clear with some cups—but these are all very little things and we enjoyed the stay much
The location is great, so close to the main station and a view of lake! The rooms are clean but old. The breakfast was great many choices and honestly really good. The staff is super nice and ready to help. Great experience overall
