I booked a room here for two days. The hotel is not far from the city center, the bus stops are 3-4 minutes away from the hotel. There is a huge Stora Coop department store near the hotel. The Malmö Mobilia shopping center is 8-10 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was clean, the central air conditioning worked. The bed was comfortable.The window can be opened in the room, but there is a safety lock on it and you have to pull the opening lever up hard.nThe restaurant area is large. Breakfast is from 6 to 10 am on weekdays and until 11 am on weekends. We had breakfast at 8 am and there were not many people in the restaurant area. The breakfast is very good, varied and plentiful. The tables could be cleaned more often after the guests. The gym, and sauna are free for hotel guests. The staff is nice. This is a three-star hotel, and in terms of price-quality ratio very good.I think there is no problem with it. I don't understand the negative comments. If you want better, look for a five-star hotel.
The Cleanliness, having a sauna and the buffet breakfast are the main points we were satisfied about.nWe booked on the same day and received great attention and a beautiful room with a stadium view.
We got the best service from Anna. She was so sweet and welcoming and welcomed us so well! Really warm and nice receptionist. She deserves 5 stars
The window in the room did not close and it was really cold. When we asked the reception, they told us that only for one night, they could not ring the janitor to fix it. We could not lock the bathroom door either. The room and the restaurant were very dirty. There were stains on the walls, bed frame and the doors. The hotel is old and not maintained well. We do not recommend it to anyone. Stay away!
Worst experience. This is something straight out of a horror movie. The hotel is old and run down. Room was so unclean, sticky walls, hair in the bathroom sealing, stains all around the room, walls, sealing. Beds was unclean, I asked for another room or if the can sanitize the room. All they did was a light clean. Staff was unwilling to support.nnThe resturant food tasted like these frozen portions one can buy at the supermarket, the guy in the bar was behaving very weird.nnThe gym is missing weights, and the other machines was brokend.nnWill never step my foot back here. And would anyone consider this hotel to reconsider or to bring a hazmat suit.
