You get negative comments and let people sleep in this dirty place. No kettles in the rooms. Reception desk team was the only positive aspect there. And the food was okay. But the cleanliness...drama. Dirty carpets and walls. Pubic hair and mold in the shower! Disgusting. Shame.
I’m honestly not sure where to start with this hotel.nOn the positive side, the staff were friendly and the location is convenient.nnHowever, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The hotel feels quite run-down and cleanliness was well below expectations. Breakfast was very limited and poorly managed, items were not replenished in line with the number of guests, so if you arrived a bit later, there was often little or nothing left. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a one-off but happened consistently over three days.nnThe room itself had no air conditioning and carried a stale smell, as if it hadn’t been aired out in years. Additionally, basic amenities like a safe, fridge, hairdryer, or iron were missing.nnI genuinely struggle to understand how this property receives anything above a one or two-star rating. In my view, one star reflects the level of experience this hotel offers.
It’s a good hotel. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms are good and clean. It’s not exceptionally luxurious, but it’s a very good price for a very comfortable large bed and room. If you need anything nearby, there’s a large grocery store right around the corner and a lovely park to go for an evening walk. Do keep your windows closed in the mornings. The seagulls are relentless.nnYou don’t need to go far for good, affordable and tasty Swedish dinner. The hotel restaurant is quite good! Better meatballs than IKEA!nnGetting to city center by public transport works, but it does take a little time and effort to figure out how to get to and from, especially with the Skanetrafiken app’s constant insistence on walking a kilometer to mobilia, instead of just taking the busstop isstadion right around the corner.
Rooms are not upto the expectations. Rooms was too dirty and uncleaned sheets. We got itching and rashes on our body. My wife body was become red then we went to the reception in the mid night, they changed our room but unhappily spent night.
The ventilation is on all the time so the h cold air, so now I have a cold, service very nice, lived the free coffee 24/7, easy access to Copenhagen and there are a restaurante inside, breakfast is ok, they should invest more in cakes and sweets, it was super full so I needed to wait kinda 10 minutes in line and if you go so late there is not food anymorenThe rest is ok, I would absolutely stay there again
