We had problems with cleaning or actually the absence of it. We arrived on Thursday and since we have a puppy Labrador retriever we wanted our room to be cleaned. We informed the reception and they said they will clean it on Friday. They didn't and said they will do it on Saturday. On Saturday evening we asked when they will clean it towels were wet and the bedsheets dirty, no soap nor toilet paper to which they replaced that probably tomorrow. There was this short dark haired girl on the reception and she was rude. Other personnel were nice and in the end they cleaned the room once during our 6 day stay.
Excellent reasonably budget hotel. Very convenient location, close to the center which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Ample parking options nearby for a fee on weekdays.
Well-located, easily accessible hotel on a budget. Nice breakfast, cozy rooms. A great option if you want to stay in a hotel but don’t want to spend a fortune.
A lot of noise from the street outside, so we ended up sleeping in a very hot room. I would not recommend this hotel, unless you can get a room with windows away from the street.
I have had a pleasant stay here yet the hotel is a bit basic with limited amenities, but prices are reasonable for Sweden. Staff has been friendly and breakfast options were below average.
