The room was extremely hot and had no proper ventilation, which made it impossible to stay there. On top of that, it smelled of old sweat, the pillow and duvet were stained, and there was hair in the bed. This is unacceptable for a well-known brand like Comfort Hotel, where guests should expect a certain standard of quality.nnWe were told by the receptionist that we would receive a refund, which was the reason we agreed to leave. Unfortunately, the hotel later refused to honor this promise. Very disappointing experience.
If you are looking for somewhere just to sleep then this fits perfectly. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean but without windows which would put me off staying for more than a night.
I gave 5 starsnJust got back from an amazing trip to Umea where I had the pleasure of staying at the Comfort Hotel for a fabulous 8 nights!nHonestly, I can't think of a single negative thing to say about my experience.nThe rooms were spotless, serene, and comfortable,nI even woke up one night and said to myself. “I am really comfortable “. Then, back to sleep.nThe staff was great —always ready to help and friendly.nThe breakfast—it was consistently delicious with a great variety and the perfect way to start each day!nPlus, the pricing was incredibly fair, making this getaway even more enjoyable.nI can’t recommend this hotel enough!nI’m already looking forward to my next stay there very soon!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Confort hotel for a training camp, and I must say that Nicolay, the receptionist, truly made our stay memorable. Our group of four coaches proved to be quite a handful—forgetting keys, needing extra showers after check-out, and much more—but Nicolay handled every request with utmost professionalism and a warm, positive attitude.nnFrom the moment we arrived, Nicolay went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed, displaying patience and kindness even in the most challenging moments. His attention to detail and dedication to customer service significantly eased our logistical struggles, allowing us to focus on our training and enjoy our time at the campus.nnThank you, Nicolay, for your exceptional service and for making our visit a smooth and pleasant experience. Your hard work and commitment have not gone unnoticed, and you truly exemplify the spirit of hospitality.
The rooms haven’t sound isolation so it is loud but Gym and Sauna were very good
