All OK-hotel in Umeå!nnLocation: Perfect.nnRooms: Basic rooms. I suggest though to add extra pillows in the rooms. Also shampoo and hair conditioner would be nice. Temperature was also quite high. Beds were ok.nnBreakfast: Basic breakfast where you'll get your hunger in control. This hotel doesn't serve earlier breakfasts on saturday and on sunday which made oyr stay bit uncomfortable. On weekdays it would be nice to have a croissant or pancakes etc also, not only on weekends. Hotter coffee needed.nnStaff: Helpfull and friendly.

Waking up to the best view in town, greeted by welcoming and professional staff at the breakfast. And the breakfast does not disappoint with a wide variety and selection, including croissants, ginger shots and fruit salad. The rooms are tidy and welcoming. The beds are comfortable. My stay was better than good. I’ll be back for sure.
Late check-in and early check-out went smoothly. The reception arranged a taxi to the airport and provided an early breakfast. The staff member on duty was exceptionally kind. Conveniently within walking distance of the bus stop from the Holmsund Wasaline Ferry. Highly recommended!
The reception and housekeeping should have better control over check-out times for airline crew. I had check out at 1515 today and was told twice before that time to leave the room. Of course, I wasn't interested in that and stayed. Otherwise nice hotel and location.
