Late check-in and early check-out went smoothly. The reception arranged a taxi to the airport and provided an early breakfast. The staff member on duty was exceptionally kind. Conveniently within walking distance of the bus stop from the Holmsund Wasaline Ferry. Highly recommended!
Waking up to the best view in town, greeted by welcoming and professional staff at the breakfast. And the breakfast does not disappoint with a wide variety and selection, including croissants, ginger shots and fruit salad. The rooms are tidy and welcoming. The beds are comfortable. My stay was better than good. I’ll be back for sure.
Nice hotel in central Umeå. Clean and good sized rooms
The hotel is located downtown, very conveniently close to the main bus hub, Vasaplan. From Vasaplan, one can reach nearly all part of the town by bus.nnWhen it comes to the hotel, the rooms are quiet and the staff is friendly. I had a good night sleep. The view is not amazing, but okay.
The reception and housekeeping should have better control over check-out times for airline crew. I had check out at 1515 today and was told twice before that time to leave the room. Of course, I wasn't interested in that and stayed. Otherwise nice hotel and location.
