Always a pleasure arriving to Scandic Plaza. Good service and comfortable and clean rooms.
Rooms are very dated and run down, room is cold at night and thermostat is just for show. Pillows are very poor and rooms aren’t cleaned unless you request it. There are 3 other hotels near this hotel for the same price or cheaper and are much much nicer than this one. Avoid
No Coffee on the room! Cleaning? Socks full of dust when walk to the windows and do not look under your bed. And, you can't pay for parking whit EasyPark app?
Particularly friendly and helpful staff in general and they went out of their way to give us some travel information.
No A/C. Terrible hot in summertime.nNeeds badly a renovation as everything is very vorn.
