Exceptional service with friendly and pleasant staff. Cars were high standard with great comfort. Clean and fresh. Highly recommended

Flight was delayed by 2 hrs. Even though, our flight number was known, no effort was made to make our pickup possible. The office was closed, keys and papers were not deposited at the tourist information or w/e. Customer service suggested getting a hotel and trying it the morning after.nnIn the end, we went with another car rental close by, which was open despite not having any appointments.

Everything was easy and fast, descent price, good new car, easy pick up and drop off. communication should be better, provide an e mail address.

We hired a audi A3, car was clean and in excellent condition.
