Was a little sceptic about the reviews, but when i got my reservation it went all fine and smooth, the guys at the desk were nice and helpful and they really knew their Job. I've done a reservation for a category N car, where i mentioned in the notes, i wanted a V60 and thats what i got, even with ice, the car was under a roof, so it was well clean and ready to drive.nOverall my experience was excellent with Hertz Arlanda and i've enjoyed Sweden, for my birthday, at the fullest!

We rented a car with Hertz Arlanda on December 19th put pre booked a Volvo XC40 or similar for €273.85 2 days, we received the keys to an XC40 as expected from a very nice member of staff, before heading of we noticed a bump on the boot lid but nothing that effected our drive, we received a full tank of petrol and returned the car with half on our way back from Vemdalen. At reception I was ordered to pay an extra €191.64 deposit which I was told would be returned to me once the car was back in their lot, still waiting for my payment..nnOverall a good experience.

Disgusting! Avoid this company!! I received the car in the morning with one notch less than the full tank. The car was in snow and ice. I had to clean the car for 20 minutes with the engine running. The car was not properly - the tire pressure was incorrect. Because of this, on a slippery road it was simply dangerous. I returned to the car at about 4 am and there were no company employees at the return point. 40 km before the return point, I filled the tank to full. Fuel consumption on this car is 6-7 liters per 100 km. Perhaps the fuel was 3-4 liters less than a full tank. I was supposed to fill the full tank at the return point at night from bottles? A few days later I received an invoice in which I was forced to pay 10 liters of gasoline for 180 swedish crowns and refueling services for 375 crowns! To my complaint to the company, they responded with standard phrases that I myself am an idiot if I did not fill the full tank! This is extortion of money and fraud. Such companies are a disgrace to European business! I intend to appeal to Swedish police and the media. The reputation of this company should be known to a large number of people.nEvgeniy. Latvia.

The price given online was not honored in the shop. Was disappointing. Also the car had no windshield cleaner inside and we could barely see when driving on the highway and were lucky to be able to stop when we could.

This HERTZ rental is not very customer-friendly especially if you are not Swedish. Be very careful when you pick up the car, especially at night, check and check again and make sure you take a video or you may be charged for damage that you haven't done. Even if the damage looks very small make notes of it. I have been charged with the smallest stone chips ever which were on the passenger side and almost invisible. I have learned my lesson with this branch next time I will be asking to have the car in a lit bay so I can check the car with a magnifying lens If you check the review of this branch you can get an idea of how poor the service you may get!
