Absolutely horrendous experience with the self service kiosk at Skavsta. Took me two hours to get the car. The machine couldn’t read my drivers license and the support number dropped the call each time I tried to contact them. This is my first negative experience with Hertz. Luckily got help from a random stranger who called them from the land line and that resolved my issue. But if it wasn’t for them, I would loose my booking. Also signs directing to the machine are wrong. Overall it was a mess. At least drop off was easy if you don’t count that you have no idea where to leave the car again due to wrong or no signs.

Machine card scanner doesn’t work. No human around. On hold with support for 1 hour to resolve.

Excellent service and the key dispenser is brilliant. The machines are spotless.
