Gästgiveriet Restaurang & café, på världsarvsgården Gästgivars

We would have enjoyed the beautiful interior if the temperature in the vestibule wasn't as low as outside 16*C. We were seated there because we had a dog with us, even though the heated main space was almost completely empty.nnWe ordered one starter and two main courses, yet all of it was served together. The vegetable main course was good, but the pork was barely warm and full of fat, while its potatoe garnish was fridge-cold.nnFor that we paid 80 euro / 900 krona, making it the most expensive lunch we've had in Sweden yet.

Tip! is to visit the restaurant after a guided tour and try the Nettle soup Whole or the Rainbow then you mustn't forget the Cheesecake if you want something lighter, the clip looked incredibly good

Hälsingland's cheesecake is recommended! Unfortunately, I have to subtract a few stars, the price level and service no longer match a good experience, this year the cheesecake with liquid cream was not served as in the photo from last year, which I feel is carelessness and poor service.

Interesting farm, however we only looked from the outside and did not take a guided tour. It will have to be next time.nThe restaurant/café was cozy and had a lot to offer. We ate the admittedly very expensive but very good shrimp sandwich!nGood parking facilities, also for mobile homes.
