This is a clearly undervalued place in Järvsö. There were very few customers inside when we came there to have dinner. The food was outstanding. For the same money as in other restaurants in the area you get really fantastic food. We ordered cod and schnitzel - both were great and nicely paired with wines. We went on and ordered desert ;. This a place not ti be missed if you consider having dinner in Järvsö
The porkbelly bun appetizer is a must try could've eaten a whole plate of that as main and the rainbow trout is an upgrade of traditional Swedish salmon and mash. Delicious! All dishes we tried had a welcomed twist. The plating is lovely and the service was on point!nnThank you for a wonderful night!
Best bread I ever had. Cosy environment and good food. Highly recommended.
