I have been going to the Hölsocentralen in Uusimaa for quite some time, and there are no words to describe how satisfied I am with the staff who work there, yes you are great. 1000 roses to you from Bosse Sahlin

Called in the morning. A nice operator. Got an appointment after lunch with a very competent and nice nurse who took care of my cut. We are lucky to have a Health Center in Uusimaa

As several others have written, the staff on the phone are rude.nIf you want an appointment, you have to call at 7:00 in the morning to have any chance at all. And that's no guarantee. You can't get an appointment the next day either. Instead, you have to call every day at 7:00 until you get an appointment. Very time-consuming and annoying. Feels like the Stone Age.nThe world's highest tax burden and not even healthcare works properly. Disgraceful

Bad service on the phone, no empathy whatsoever. Just sounds like someone is calling.
